We love everything about hotel.. facilities, cleanliness, esp staff...😇 thx u the lady at the reception (I forgot her name tho) we had a short and nice conversation.. she happened to know that my daughter birthday is coming soon from seeing passport details while we were checking in ( and actually this trip is a gift for her birthday) I didnt mention it while booking.. she was kind enough to call the housekeeping to put some card and stuff toy and cake for her. I was not informed about it too.. once we got our key card, we walked to our room and when I was about to open I saw housekeeping she open the door about to leave at the same time.. I was like am I in the correct room?? Anyway, she smiled at us.. and leave without saying anything.. then we entered the room and my daughter found the surprise ❤😍

Hotel was modern and super clean. The amenities were great especially we loved shower and drinking water purifiers in the room. The location was the best, safe and very close to the Temple Street Night Market and Jordan station (5 mins walk). Famous restaurants and dessert cafes are near by. I highly recommended to stay here and would love to come back again.

Situated 200 metres from SoHo, Hotel Madera Hollywood in Hong Kong offers a free WiFi, this 5-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk. We booked the suite and upon check-in the staff upgraded us to the Chaplin Suite, their biggest one. The suite was huge, and we loved the location and the elegant interior design. The staff went above and beyond before, during and after our stay. We would definitely come back to stay there again in our next visit!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff. W Hong Kong yang bergaya ini menjulang tinggi ke atas West Kowloon yang sibuk, dan diilhamkan daripada alam semulajadi. We had a free room upgrade (to a room with awesome view). Check in/out was very fast with staffs always available to guide us around. Service was exceptional. Love that we have 24/7 room service and gym. Location is super convenient, with a mall right next to the hotel, connected. Walking distance to Kowloon and Austin MTR.
