We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! It was packed with great amenities, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The room was very spacious and well-appointed. The outdoor area was perfect for enjoying scenic views, and the pool was incredibly relaxing too. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also has fantastic restaurants with delicious food. To top it off, Disney mascots were appearing for picture-taking, adding a fun and memorable touch to the experience. Highly recommended!

Friendly and supportive staff, the breakfast buffet was amazing (extra points for all those working in the breakfast zone), the view from our room was stunning.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff.
