Hotel very close to the port. Old town and beaches are about 45 minutes by foot, shuttle buses start close by the hotel too. Since I arrived in pre-season the pool and what seems to be a pool bar were not yet operating, but the area appears nice. Breakfast was good as well.

Location of the hotel with the private beach was a real treat! Rooms were spacious, quiet, beautifully furnished and clean, and we were upgraded to a suite with a private pool!! Conveniently located in the village of Skala, Byzance Hotel is 100 metres away from Patmos Port and 200 metres away from the nearest beach. It offers free Wi-Fi and accommodation with a private balcony. Location is just amazing, close to the port, bus&taxi station. And my room was so clean and cozy, has a small balcony with a partial seaview, bathroom was newly refurbished. Owner was also helpful, trust his beach recommendations. And the best part, i was able to have a shower after checkout, so neednt worry after the beach day.
