Aphrodite Beach Hotel is located on the sandy beach of Mavros Molos in Kissamos. It features a swimming pool, umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach and offers free WiFi throughout. One of the best family hotels that we have stayed in. The beach is great - sandy, clean and shallow. The beach bar has great cocktails. The staff was super helpful and polite. The room was really clean. Nearby are three great restaurants. Thank you!

Located in the centre of Chania, Kydon Hotel is opposite of the main market hall and just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and the Venetian Harbour. The location and the hotel is amazing. The center is just there around the corner and the best part is that hotel offers their own parking, charges extra but the price was reasonable, 10eur per day. The breakfast was amazing, huge variety of food and everything we tried was so tasty, especially homemade local yogurth from goat milk. Lots of fruits and veggies, and the cretan pie was delicious.

Porto Veneziano Hotel enjoys a privileged location on the waterfront of Chania's Old Venetian harbour. It offers panoramic views and accommodation in a minimal navy design. Although the property is ranked as a 3* hotel because of the smaller rooms, everything else is asking for a 4+. We had a lovely experience starting with the reception. The 2 ladies were so nice and attentive to all our needs. The same friendly and polite attitude from all the hotel staff. Breakfast was included, varied (fruits, yoghourt, salads, bruschetta, pastry, boiled eggs) and fresh. The room was clean with comfy beds. We really liked the room amenities: hair conditioner available in the shower, slippers, tea, soft napkins. We appreciated the free car parking also, as the harbor area is a bit crowded.

At a quiet and beautiful location on the coast of Kavos, Kavos Hotel & Suites boasts views over the Cretan Sea. It offers well-designed accommodation and a large outdoor pool with sun terrace. Our stay at Kavos on Crete was perfect! We were in a junior suite with pool (#6), and everything about it was amazing. It is in a relatively remote location, so absolute perfection if you really want to disconnect and relax. We actually saw more fish snorkeling in their cove than anywhere else! Food and drinks were great and well priced. Highly recommend for travelers who was a true break from their hectic lives!

Overall, everything was fantastic, and our host Katerina was especially remarkable. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. For example, she even provided us with a beach umbrella and towels for the beach. Moreover, her hotel itself was incredibly charming, and each day, we always found water bottles placed in our rooms, which were kept exceptionally clean.

Sofia's Lovely Rooms is located in the most central part of Chora Sfakion . Everything was absolutely fabulous. Nice room, wonderful bed, a little balcony and a spacious spacious courtyard. Fridge and water cooker in the room, and simple breakfast stuff and coffee and tea provided every morning. Giannis and Nikki are wonderful hosts, making us feel right at home. And great tips for hiking, pointing us to Aradena gorge (which we didn’t know) and asking around about a gorge we had found ourselves (and which turned out to be a bad idea this year).

Central is set in Chania Town, 200 metres from Nautical Museum. Every room at this hotel is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Olga was super nice and welcoming.

Santrivani Rooms offers accommodation in Chania Town, just a short walk from the beach. Akti Papanikoli is at 1 km. Free WiFi is available throughout. My room was perfect ... comfortable bed ... an atmospheric centuries old building fully updated with modern conveniences. My generous host Yannis equipped the room with fresh fruit and croissants, bottled water and tea and coffee facilities, a toaster should I have needed it. I really liked that the accommodation was in the heart of vibrant Chania, with myriad shops and restaurants at my disposal, yet my room was beautifully quiet.
