My husband and I loved our stay with Timur. He was super sweet and helpful. The space is beautiful, very large and comfortable. It has everything you need. We had more than enough room for 2 people. And, we had a private entrance, which was also nice, as we didn't want to bother Timur with our comings and goings. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is great. The bed was super comfy. The apartment is well located, easy to get to and quiet, since it's a residential area. It's close to the center of town, and easy to get to with a car or taxi. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We also loved talking with the other guests who were staying there. It's great value for the money. Timur is very sweet and funny (even if we communicated by google translate). Overall, we highly recommend staying here.

Just 10 to 15 minutes walk to the city center. The Guesthouse owner arranged the vehicle for us to have our tour in Martvilli Canyon, Prometheus Cave etc Everybody has fun on this tour. Leo was accommodating and granted all our requests on tour. The house is extremely clean and very spacious you can cook your food in their kitchen and you can use their washing machine without additional charges. The room is spacious and could accommodate up to four people without additional charge. So many families, couples and solo travelers choose to stay in this guesthouse. It feels like we are part of their family when we arrive there. We will come back again and Thank you so much Mr. Gua for your patience because of our unending questions ha ha.

The owner of the hotel was so friendly and helpful, he made is feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and a good size for a family of four. The breakfast was truly amazing!! Best in Georgia!

Our favourite so far in two weeks in Georgia. Nona was super welcoming and friendly, she is the sweetest lady and an amazing cook. We loved her breakfasts. The room was large, bed was comfy and bathroom clean and had great shower pressure and hot water. The views from the terrace are amazing over the city. Yes it’s up the hill but it’s a 15min walk from the city, or you can take the cable car to the amusement park or a taxi from town is less than 5 lari. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Kutaisi

Very courteous staff at the reception. My car battery got dead during the stay there and the staff helped me with fixing the car. I really appreciate their timely help to avoid ruining our travel plans. I will definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the heart of Kutaisi to explore the city and nearby attractions.
