I had an amazing experience staying at this private home in Batumi. Everything was beyond expectations — the place was spotless, beautifully arranged, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Communication was smooth and fast, and any small requests were handled with genuine care. The location was also perfect — peaceful yet close to everything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Batumi, and I would love to come back again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Situated in the resort of Kobuleti, this modern hotel features a large outdoor pool, open-air restaurant and rooms with a balcony, offering beautiful views of the Black Sea or Ajarian Mountains. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is super nice and friendly, especially the cleaning ladies, who gave us tiny gifts in the form of chocolate candies every evening. The reception workers were also very helpful providing us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and with a great variety despite it being a low season with very few guests. One day they didn’t put the trays with hot food, but the staff informed us that we can order the things we like such as fried eggs/omelet/porridge etc. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained, saunas worked, the water was warm and everything was very clean. The territory outside the hotel was also very well maintained with workers taking care of the outdoor pools and the garden. We also had dinner at the Adjara restaurant, the staff was also very nice. The food was tasty and served quickly. The lounge bar also had a variety of drinks, unfortunately not all of them were available, but the signature GPH cocktail exceeded our expectations. The SPA services provided at the hotel were also enjoyable. We booked general SPA massage with stone therapy and it was a very relaxing experience. The staff in the SPA is also nice and they even provided us a discount for all the services (but probably it was due to the low season). Overall we had a great experience celebrating my husband’s birthday there, we’d like to thank the staff for their hospitality and friendliness.
