Sentido is an amazing resort with lovely pools and facilities. We were there during winter so the kids swam in the heated pool all day the pools are well maintained and beautiful ! The beach is amazing with its own reef for snorkelling. We saw amazing fish ! The food is excellent with a wide variety of amazing dishes to choose from and the service is great!! We ate at the 3 restaurants that require a reservation. The Italian, Indian and Turkish were all Fantastic !!! Gillian the Sentido ambassador deserves a mention and is the reason this review gets a solid 10 from me. She is an amazing woman who went out of her way to check on my family and every other guest at the hotel. She helped me in every way she could around the resort. My child’s armbands were lost and she immediately got her a new pair. My prams were not delivered to me by Turkish airlines this had nothing to do with the resort and yet she went out of her way to communicate with the airport in Cairo and sort it out for me. It’s people like this that make the resort enjoyable and the reason I’ll go back if I return to sharm !! So thank you Gillian !
