Guests can enjoy the free WiFi in the public areas as well as in the room. everything was exceptional from the reception who offer me the room before the check-in time though I know the hotel was fully occupied, the fast response from housekeeping & their dedication specially Mr. Nooreldeen & Mr. Tariq who both were assigned in 3rd floor during my stay. overall safety in the hotel and it was not my first time & definitely not the last.

All rooms at The First Residence Cairo feature stylish colonial décor and panoramic city or Nile views. They are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a BOSE entertainment system and a DVD player. The location is perfect, the hotel staff is super friendly and attentive! The rooms are big and very clean. I checked out of the hotel and forgot a significant amount of money in the safety deposit box. I contacted the property and they were able to locate the money, the staff is honest and I really appreciate them being able to help with the situation. Honestly any other hotel would’ve taken the money, but The Four Seasons showed me honestly and loyalty to their clients. THANK YOU!

For guests’ comfort, we offer the butler service, concierge and pillow menu. Everything was on top! Rooms very clean and facilities modern. Hotel location was mid town close to everything and with stunning view at river nile. The best thing was the staff, they were the most professional, kind hearted staff that will always have you’re back for everything i can guarantee you 24/7, and the security was on top. I’ll come back again to that hotel in the future definitely, Recommend it to everybody.
