Ruths is simply wonderful and will definitely be amongst the top ten of hotels we have visited over the years. The place is charming with a professional and personable staff. Hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were welcoming & friendly, the chef even helped us with our luggage to our room, met the owners who were lovely also ( & their dog :-) ) , and location was perfect with onsite parking.

This family-run hotel is 3 minutes’ walk from Frederikshavn Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi and parking. Facilities include a charming wine bar and a rose garden with terrace. This is a family-run small hotel which was comfortable and has a great personality. The superior room was a good size and has all the things you need including a kettle. Breakfast is in an attractive room and had good options. Staff were great. I enjoyed my stay here. I didn’t take advantage of the wine bar but it looks cosy and welcoming.

Situated 200 metres from Tannis Bay and a North Sea bathing beach, this hotel dates back to the late 1890s and consist of 5 buildings. it was super easy to access the apartment even if we arrived late and the reception was closed. the room was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for one night
