This family-run guest house is quietly situated in Stadt Wehlen in the heart of the Saxon Switzerland National Park, directly below the world-famous Bastei rock formation. It offers free WiFi. The location is about 20 minutes from the ferry/S Bahn. The room is very clean, cozy and welcoming, with the forest in the back. It has a lovely garden. Key pick-up process is easy, and the breakfast is amazing with so many choice of marmalades. The staff are all friendly. I find the shower very comfortable. Definitely worth the money and want to visit again!

Offering a garden and a sun terrace, Pension Waldhäusl is quietly located in Bad Schandau, just a 6-minute drive from the River Elbe. It was in a nice location, also the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of items and freshly cooked eggs. We had dinner one night at the hotel and it was excellent.

Quietly located in the heart of Wehlen's historic centre, the Wehlener Hof is just 100 metres from the banks of the Elbe River. It offers hearty buffet breakfasts, garden with a terrace and a bar. Perfect hotel to stay at for walking in the area. The host was superfriendly and gave us many routetips. His tips made our vaccation marvelous! Thank you so much 🙏

Our beautiful holiday home is close to the center and only a few minutes' walk from the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Modernly furnished with Italian flair. I loved the interior design of the entire hotel and the room: warm and mediterranean, yet minimalistic, low-key and classy, without going overboard with decorations and ending up kitchy. I absolutely loved the bed sheets! They felt super nice on the skin. The breakfast was very tasty. I liked how the kitchen personnel took personal care of each guest, offering them coffee and eggs up to their preferences. And the cat at the reception is absolutely adorable!

This historic hotel is situated in the town centre of Bad Schandau, along the River Elbe promenade, surrounded by the beautiful hiking terrain of the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The accommodations were lovely and the staff was very kind

Hotel Elbparadies is situated in Pirna, 5 km from Baroque Garden Großsedlitz. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant with its beer garden directly at the Elbe. Service, hospitality, location near areas, Atencion, food… Lunch and Breakfast was awesome.

With a rooftop terrace boasting views of Lilienstein Mountain and the River Elbe, this hotel is centrally located in the town of Bad Schandau on the edge of Saxon Switzerland National Park. This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are very luxurious, large and have everything needed for a good stay. The food is amazing, especially for people with dietary restrictions (great vegan food!). And the service is friendly and available.

Located in Dohma, Landhotel Heidekrug features free access to the indoor pool, sauna and fitness centre. Family room is a very spacious and comfortable apartment. Delicious breakfast. We do recommend.

Situated in Bad Schandau, 800 metres from Saxon Switzerland National Park, Parkhotel Bad Schandau mit SPA boasts a seasonal outdoor pool and views of the river. Everything from staff to the size of the room, location, wide selection of breakfast choices and local specialities, etc was perfect. Didn't expect that everything will be at such a high quality. Loved the view from the room and the little balcony, stunning location and the building itself full of history and charm. Although pool was a bit cold for the time of the year, the facilities were great and my partner still managed to enjoy a refreshing swim in the morning. Cosy spa too. Had a dinner booked at the restaurant one night and the service and meal was perfect. Thank you for such a wonderful place in Bad Schandau - I wish to be a guest in the future.
