The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The rooms were spacious and we loved the free coffee that was provided. It’s close to the centre so you can walk to all the restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly.

The kitchen is well equipped for light meals.

Belcruz family lodge is located in Monteverde Costa Rica, 3.9 km from Sky Adventures Monteverde. Among the various facilities are a garden and a terrace. Belcruz is amazing! The front desk staff (a very kind gentleman) was incredibly friendly—he showed us the best spots to watch the sunset and even recommended a shortcut for birdwatching. The hotel’s dinner was absolutely phenomenal!!! I wish I could try every single dish—it’s even better than what I’ve had in LA! The room was cozy and inviting!

Set in Quepos, 7 km from Manuel Antonio National Park, Cabinas Mansión Tropical features air-conditioned rooms and free private parking. You will find a coffee machine in the room. Very clean and nice rooms. Felt safe as a solo traveller. Would recommend!

Offering a terrace and views of the mountains, Hospedaje Mariposa islocated in Monteverde Costa Rica, 1.2 km from Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve . We loved this little place. It ended up being off the beaten path just a little which was so nice. Lots of birds near the apartment we stayed in. The family who run it were so helpful and kind. We hope to return again sometime!

Jardín de los Monos offers accommodation in Matapalo just a 1 minute walk from the beach. A swimming pool, free WiFi is featured and free private parking is available on site. Everything was perfect! The room, pool area, garden, breakfasts, and all the amazing animals we saw including tons of capuchin monkeys, several sloths, a kinkajou, and a migration of land crabs just blew us away! Lettika has put so many special touches to the entire property and we loved everything so much. The property is so close to a beautiful and not busy beach which was so special. Sunsets were incredible. Jardin de los Monos was the most relaxing part of our two week trip to Costa Rica.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and just 100 metres from the beach, Casa Aba Matapalo is located in Matapalo. Free WiFi access is available. Breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options. The owners were so nice and accommodating, they spoke Spanish to us but slowly so we could try and understand, which was great because we were trying to practice our Spanish. The accommodation was super close to the beach which there were not many people so it was great. There was also a sloth named George in the tree out the front which was an awesome suprise! Overall a great stay!

We like the direct access to the beach (literally across the door), the very good and vibrant restaurant attached to it, the warm welcome from the staff. Definitely worth the value !!

Located 3.1 miles from Marino Ballena National park and 10 minutes from Playa Hermosa de Osa, Manoas offers an outdoor pool and it is surrounded by a lush garden with tropical flowers, and mountain... The rooms were very nice and good to have the little kitchen. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good! Location is beautiful, we saw tucans from our room! We even had our own laundry machine which was quite useful!
