The love, attention and effort that goes into the maintenance of this amazing place is truly incredible. Everything works perfectly, from showers to kitchen utilities and all other comforts. Marisol took great care of us and helped us to spot sloths, toucans and howler monkeys. One of our closest wildlife encounters on the trip also took place at Congo Bongo. Following Marisol’s recommendation, we had two dinners at the local restaurant Mista Cook, it was delicious. Muchas gracias, we will be back!

The lodge also has a well equipped kitchen, which was nice for preparing meals and making coffee. The host and stuff was super friendly. And I almost forgot to mention: there are three sloths right next the the lodges in the trees. It was the best stay during our 2 weeks in Costa Rica.
