Fr the breakfast buffet Mr Ben. He is so helpful to make us feel so inportant and also Mr luke the best manager I think he is. fr the concierge Mr Jeff he make sure we r safe to get us a taxi.. and of cors Mr Carlie fr the loyalty he make sure our needs is being attended . . I am happy we r back to Mariott hotel family once again I wil make sure pn our next trip . MARIOTT will be our first choice. Thanks highly recommend.

Shanghai Donghu Hotel terletak di Donghu Street yang meriah, dengan beberapa taman yang indah dan air pancut di sekelilingnya. We had a great stay at Donghu. The hotel had a lot of charm, everything was clean. We had fresh water, tea and coffe everyday. We booked the business room which was spacious enough for us to stay 5 nights. The location is close to a lot of cute shops and restaurants. The metro is about a 15 min walk. I recommend to prepare some phrases in Chinese, as most of the staff doesn’t speak English. However we never had any issues, as they were very helpful.

Plenty of space and very comfortable. Service is excellent. Breakfast is very extensive and very tasty. The Zest restaurant has good variety of food and wines.

Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai terletak di pusat Daerah Jing'an, dan merupakan pusat kepada Jing'an Kerry Centre, kompleks berskala besar yang meliputi kawasan seluas 450,000 meter persegi. amazing central location, a steps away from Nanjing shopping street and bunch of restaurants. We got room with beautiful city view and Jing’an temple that light up during the night. Concierge is really helpful to book restaurants, and suggesting everything we need. Breakfast has immense options. Bed & room is very comfortable. Shout out to Camille from reception staff who makes everything super easy breezy, from the personal greetings, in room check in even she have little surprise birthday cake for me! Definitely will return when we go back to Shanghai!
