The Alpenhotel Schlüssel enjoys a central location, a 5-minute walk from the Andermatt Train Station and the Gemsstock ski lifts. It offers free Wi-Fi in the rooms and public areas, free parking and rooms with balconies. Thomas and the entire staff were super friendly. Ski room with boot dryer wall was great. Breakfast was great. Room was great. Location midway and easy walk to both sides of the resort.

All rooms in the Gästehaus Schäfli offer views over the Reuss River and the wooded Alpine surroundings. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire building. The room was cozy with comfortable beds. The shower was nice and had good water pressure. The breakfast was excellent! The staff was accommodating to my daughter who cannot have gluten and offered gluten free granola for breakfast.

You can sample fondue specialities while sitting on the restaurant’s terrace. The Gemsstockbahn Cable Car is 200 metres away. The staff were extremely friendly and the location was perfect.

Hotel & Restaurant zum Schwarzen Bären is located at the entrance to Andermatt. In the winter it is walking distance to the Gemsstock cable car station where the ski bus stops that takes you to the Nätschen Gondola station. Further, it is a 2 min walk to the center of town where you can find all necessary services. Excellent location right in the heart of a wonderful city. The service was warm and high-quality. Everything was clean and well-prepared for our stay.
