Staff were exceptional throughout the visit. Lovely rooms. Great food and big wine selection of local wines to match the local food. Very clean. Nice faithful restoration of the chateau.

Located in Champ-du-Moulin in the Areuse Valley, Hôtel de la Truite offers spacious rooms with a kitchenette and a traditional restaurant and brasserie with a terrace. Free Wi-Fi is available. Everything. It's a truly cute historic hotel in a beautiful gorge I would never have found on my own. The rooms are nice, in a sort of historic-french decor. Breakfast is fantastic, nicely set, French bread, coffee to order, organic local yogurt, etc. Peaceful and quiet, a bucolic little river flowing by, walking trails, trees... it is all that it seems and more. Oh and fresh trout for dinner. What the French can do with a little butter, flour, lemon, and salt and pepper is amazing.

Located at Neuchâtel's harbour, Hotel Beaulac is just a 2-minute walk from the historic city centre and the university. We had a lake view room, that besides the amazing view over the late with mountains in the background, also gave us a sense of privacy with a large terrace. A lot of great restaurants within walking distance Bathroom facilities is very nice
