The style is traditional, everything is impeccably maintained, and the entire place is spotless. The staff were exceptional, always greeting us with a smile and being incredibly helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious, the cocktails were perfect, and the breakfast, cakes, and other treats were outstanding. Our room was extremely comfortable and very quiet. Every piece of furniture and every detail had clearly been thoughtfully considered and was in perfect condition. They provided robes, slippers, shoehorns, an umbrella, and more. The welcome treats included fresh fruit, chocolates, and a little Eurovision-themed cake. In the evenings, they tidied the room for turndown service, closed the curtains, and neatly arranged our belongings. The corridors were carpeted with a thick central runner, which meant we never heard anyone passing by, even though the hotel was fully booked. We were also given a jar of hotel jam to take away with us and we can't wait to try it. If you’re considering this hotel and can afford the price tag, you will not be disappointed. Book it.

Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly stuff. The location is great, almost next to bus/tram stop. Handy free Basel card - for free public transport and discounts for some museums. I had a room with balcony, so spent my evening there with a nice view.

The Central City Hotel Rochat is housed in a historic, listed building in the old town of Basel. This was an excellent place to stay if visiting Basel, especially the old city. Room was large, clean and modern, quiet in a great location. Staff were very helpful. Great breakfast. Parking available nearby.

This hotel is located in Basel's largest private recreational park, and yet lies in the heart of the city. A large hotel room with comfortable beds, the ability to adjust the temperature and a wonderful view. An amazing polite helping staff who will come to the rescue around the clock and the best neighbor's cat who comes to sleep on the sofa stole our heart

Just 150 metres from Basel Main Train Station and the airport shuttle bus and only 10 minutes' ride by public transport to Basel Messe convention centre, Metropol Hotel is a modern non-smoking hotel... 駅からとても近い。中心地へも徒歩で10分程度。ホテルのすぐ隣にスタバあり。目の前はすてきな公園。スーパーも近い。 外観と廊下は古さが感じられるが、部屋はとても清潔。駅舎を眺めながら朝食が食べられる。スイスは物価が高いため、朝食付きでこの金額はお得感あり。チェックインの受付の方がとても感じが良かった。
