Beachfront accommodation with a tropical setting is on offer at the Ilha da Saudade. The hotel features an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect, especially the service provided by Ivan, Fernanda and Paulinho from reception as they were very friendly, professional, polite and helpful at all time we needed. Also would like to mention the lady who was on shift at breakfast room during our stay, she was friendly and provided an excellent service as well. Very happy with our stay. I will highly recommend the hotel.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and views of the sea, Pousada Bahia Tambor is situated in Morro de São Paulo, a few steps from Second Beach. Rooms have a flat-screen TV. This was my third visit to the island and by far the best experience. Located right in the middle of Segunda Praia, we enjoyed the two swimming pools on the rooftop with a great bar. The bartenders Everton and Edilson mixed some of the best cocktails we encountered. We were grateful for some of the information about the island they gave us. We also liked the friendly staff at breakfast, and the different items offered every morning. We wished to have such great water pressure in our shower at home!

Everything you need, to desconect and relax after a busy day on the beach or a intense party night. All the facilities are as it is on the pictures. Madalena was a angel in take care. Daily continental breakfast is served free of charge. everything about this place was perfect- I could not have asked for more. the location is on a high hill with incredible views. the beautiful family that owns it is so welcoming and warm, and they clearly take pride in this wonderful family business that has been there for 40 years. I stayed in the chalet which is a beautiful Brazilian style home on the hill with beautiful balconies and a sea breeze. you can see nature and town and it is peaceful and private but the owners are nearby if you need anything. I had such an amazing rest here and loved going out for the day and equally loved coming home! you must climb a good bit of stairs to get to the property but it is a lovely and meditative little walk that I genuinely looked forward too! the pool is astonishingly gorgeous as well- overlooking the mountains and sea. I cannot wait to return thank you Tanya and Jose!!!

Located in the idyllic Morro de Sao Paulo, Pousada Brasil Caribe is a guesthouse with free WiFi access situated at Second Beach. The guesthouse is also 300 metres from Saudade Island. The Pousada was close to everything. It was super clean and everything was like new. Very well maintained property

Staff was very nice. Daily breakfast and room cleaning. Comfortable bed. A/C. WiFi. Pool. Hot water. Quiet. Close to beach 2. Definitely pay one of the guys to carry your luggage in a wheelbarrow from the boat!!! Best money spent here! “Funny” restaurant on the beach and “I am orro” in the town are excellent food options. Very safe. Enjoy the beach!!

Just 100 metres from the sea in Porto de Cima Beach, this charming guest house is surrounded by native forest. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony. Breakfast and free Wi-Fi are available. Better than the pictures! Amazing breakfast! Lovely staff! Great location! We loved to stay there! I was working remotely during my period there and can confirm the internet connection is super fast and reliable! Would def come back!

With a modern concept and design, featuring the most complete and sophisticated structure in Morro de São Paulo. The staff was great, friendly, and helpful! Breakfast was great! There were many options, and fresh fruits, juices, pao de queijo, and homemade cakes were delicious daily! The pool was the prettiest and with the loveliest view! The room was comfy, and the AC was perfect! The hotel and room were clean! The location is at beach one which is closer to all shops and restaurants and not as much people at the beach since it’s smaller. We loved it!

Located in Morro de São Paulo centre, Apart Hotel Areia Branca is 100 metres from Porto de Cima Beach and offers fully furnished, air-conditioned chalets and a swimming pool. Wi-Fi is free. Despite many people talking about the location, I consider the hotel to be very well situated, very close to the city center and relatively accessible from the pier. The hill itself is difficult to access and is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties. We went with my 90-year-old grandmother, and this turned out to be a good option. The hotel also has many stairs, so if you have someone older or with mobility issues, it's advisable to request in advance to stay in the chalets closest to the reception. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. We had a 3-night stay, and each day when we returned to the room, it had been cleaned, beds made, and towels replaced. I'm not sure if the pool is heated, but the water was always warm, perfect for those sensitive to the cold ;)
