Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. Dinner and breakfast were rich and full of variety. Freshly squeezed juices, free water, freshly grinded coffee (Lavazza), and all else you could think of. The pool is big and expands inside and outside. Spa, Steam, Salt rooms etc...

Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... I loved the spa facilities and that there were shuttle busses from the hotel to the gondola and from gondola to the hotel. Plus there was a room to store our ski equipment. The breakfast was good and varied! The rooms were good as well, we were in an apartment with two rooms a living room with a small kitchenette(it didn’t have a stove, but it did have a microwave and a toaster that were working) also got some water tea and honey as a complimentary free gift! It has a great room service menu with good prices(we sadly didn’t get the chance to order from it) there was a gaming room and salt room but with extra costs! The pool was big and it is kind of between 1.40-1.55 deep!

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Perfect Proximity to the ski lift. Spa, sauna, Jacuzzi and warm pool are exceptional. Tepanyaki Restaurant was absolutely brilliant- kids enjoyed it tremendously and the food was special.

Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. Location is clean and the rooms are big with enough amenities (kitchen, sofas, lots of TV's, etc). Our apartment had 2 balconies that both looked towards the river and the mountain. You could smell the burned wood from around the location and it was very cool (25C) for mid-July. Bathroom was clean although a bit in need of renovation. Food was good and average prices. Good drinks on the menu as well. Breakfast was AMAZING with lots of options (eggs, bacon, cheese, vegetables, fried bread, etc). Staff was perfectly polite and happy to talk to you and help you. For us this is a great location to stop for a night, well worth the money.

Guest House Chicho Tsane is situated in Bansko, 500 metres from the old town and main shopping street, and offers free sauna, hot tub and steam bath. The room was big and clean. They also served the best breakfast. The hosts are very accommodating. A 20-min walk to the gondola but not an issue because we enjoyed walking and I believe they also offer free shuttle upon request depending on availability.

The Zigen House features a traditional tavern with an open fireplace and en-suite rooms offering views of the Pirin Mountain. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Very clean. It covered our needs. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Having a stove in the apartment would have been the cherry on the cake, but definitely not a big issue. The view from the apartment is awesome. There is a dedicated room on the ground floor for ski equipment and there is plenty of parking space in the street next to the house.

Clean, warm and tidy family hotel, friendly and helpful hosts, really good breakfast, wonderful view over the whole mountain, parking inside, very close to the center. It felt like home.

Hotel Ida is located 500 metres from Bansko cable car and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Bansko. A hot tub and a seasonal indoor pool are at guests’ disposal. Very nice and cozy place, room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was newly renovated and wide enough. The is very kind and the breakfast is delicious.
