Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

The staff were exceptionally nice. We really enjoyed the spa. 4 sauna, 1 steam, 1 ice room, indoor heated jacuzzi and pool, and same outdoor. The piano bar was also very good experience. The singers Doni and Eli were very professional and good singers and made great party.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The place was perfect for my friend and me. The hot tub and sauna are great after a day on the mountain. The owner was very helpful with everything. Room was comfortable and clean. The jacuzzi outside is really nice to relax after a whole day snowboarding. The staff makes the stay perfect.

The Zigen House features a traditional tavern with an open fireplace and en-suite rooms offering views of the Pirin Mountain. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available and the garden comes with a free hot tub. It was one of the best private apartments that we had ever been to. And it's not just to the facility itself, but the whole experience. It's superb. Much much love is put into this place. Great breakfast, don't miss it!

The property is non-smoking and is set less than 1 km from Bansko Municipality. Clean, warm and tidy family hotel, friendly and helpful hosts, really good breakfast, wonderful view over the whole mountain, parking inside, very close to the center. It felt like home.

Ida Hotel offers a spa area with a sauna and a massage area. A fitness centre is also on site. Central location, but still quiet at night. Danny, the owner, was so nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!
