The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s second birthday, and they went out of their way to make it special. They surprised her with a sweet little gesture and gave us a lovely card that we’ll keep as a memory. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay in Vienna!
