Spa was terrific at the end of a long sightseeing day. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. Elizabeta at the front desk and the other young lady were super.

The place is great, the staff is really wonderful and the SPA is just incredible. It was a great stay. I hope we can go back there some day.

Era she was amazing, professional, smiling and solved my minor issues she also granted me late check out. Thank you Era the hotel should be proud of you. The breakfast was delicious better than a 5 stars hotel. The room was large with a large bathroom. The center is only 5 minutes away on foot there are many restaurants and cafes close by. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

But the most outstanding was the helpfulness of the team, especially Gerando and Elsa. If you are staying during their shift you are in very good hands
