From the arrival until we left everything was just perfect. Beautiful room, always clean and fresh, amazing beach and pool, nice restaurants and bars inside and outside. The stuff is polite and helpful, especially Basem at the reception.

Resort bertaraf 5 bintang ini terletak di Ajman, dengan pantai berpasir sepanjang 200 meter yang menuruni ke Teluk Arab. The staff is super nice and attentive, Rauhl even arranged a very early check-in with the late check-out so we could enjoy our holidays at maximum. He also upgraded our room, which is so generous of him !! This kind of attitude differentiates a regular from 5* hotel. It was a real pleasure to stay there.

Ajman Saray is a beach-side resort, located on a pristine stretch of Ajman coast. From the moment we arrived, the concierge team took care of our luggage even before we got out of the taxi. So prompt! We were escorted in, given warm towels and a refreshing drink while we waited for check in. You instantly feel more relaxed after a long trip. We were checked in by Taimoor who provided an exceptional service to us, helped us check in a lot earlier and was a real pleasure to deal with overall. We were so grateful to him for sorting us out so quickly. The hotel itself is stunning. The pool area, the private beach and the facilities are fantastic. The shielded Bay Area is perfect for swimming. The beach is so clean and there are no stones or shells which makes it great for swimming in the ocean. Comfortable lounges by the pool and the beach. The team working there are proactive with getting you a lounge, helping with towels and making sure you are well taken care of. The room is large, comfortable, new and beautifully appointed. We had the ocean view room and it is well worth it. The water, coffee and tea, milk, honey and other things provided in the room are great. Massive shower and a separate bath, great size balcony, all wonderful. We were so grateful for the housekeeping team. Especially Rukshan who looked after us did an outstanding job every day and we were so impressed, even making a towel elephant and towel swans for us. Even though we only stayed for 4 nights, the sheets were changed in our room midway through the stay. I also want to mention Imrana, the housekeeping manager who checked in with us to make sure we were happy and everything was done to our liking. I travel a lot and I have to say this hotel has the best housekeeping standards and the best team. They really went above and beyond. Buffet breakfast and dinner were great. Wide selection and the dishes varied day to day. We didn’t have an all inclusive options so don’t know what that’s like.

We stayed n family flat with spacious room and hall was comfortable with silent and peaceful environment ,my son enjoyed swimming and safe parking staff was respectful and energetic behavior last but not least blossom freshness
