The hotel was everything I needed it to be; excellent and large room, staff more welcoming and helpful than any place you’ve ever been, and of course the renowned four seasons comfiest bed you will ever sleep on. Best decision I made was to stay here!

The staff exhibited an admirable attitude, consistently demonstrating friendliness and a willingness to help. The breakfast menu was diverse, offering a multitude of options, each of which being notably delicious.

Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa is located on Tahlia street cross Olya street which is the heart of Riyadh’s business and financial centre. It features free Wi-Fi, 3 restaurants and meeting facilities. This 5-star hotel has won the World Luxury Hotel Award in 2015. The Kingdom Tower can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Property are so clean and smell good. Design of the hotel are amazing.

Treasure Island Children’s Club, is designed as a playful pirate’s ship and provides a safe and enjoyable area for children, with fully supervised indoor and outdoor activities including a pool and water slide. We highly recommend this hotel for the following reasons: - Nice room size with all necessary amenities available in the room, also with nice views of the city and the water. - We appreciated the Butler service and found the housekeeping very diligent and polite. - Food & Beverage services in the hotel are great; we mostly enjoyed Villa Toscana, the room service and the amazing breakfast. Special thanks to Alejandra, the Toscana hostess, who was always smiling and accommodating. All staff was very tentative and friendly. - Convenient location due to the small mall & cinema in the building, good restaurant options around the hotel, but mostly due to the private beach and pool access. It does take a brief walk to get there (the hotel does offer another pool and nice outdoors bar by the spa and the gym), which we did not mind that at all; especially since we enjoyed the pool & beach service so much. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. - Our special thanks go to the front desk for allowing an extended late check-out due to a health issue that came up during our last night. It would have been a very difficult day and way back home if it weren't for your understanding... A big thank you!

It was my third time at Ritz Carlton Grand Canal. I had the best welcome ever thanks to Fortunate. I enjoyed every single second of my stay.

Guests have various activities to do on site such as tennis courts, 2 squash courts and a racquetball court. Relaxing massage treatments are available at the spa complimented by the sauna and steam room. Very clean and amazing service

The warmly decorated rooms at The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh come with a satellite LCD TV and a CD/DVD player. The rooms also include a bathrobe with slippers, and a seating area to relax.
