1. Great location very close to the airport. 2. Clean room and bathroom 3. Shuttle service to the airport 4. Very kind and professional staff - we had an issue with our credit and debit cards during check-in (transactions declined by the bank). Quite stressful for us, especially that it was 1 am and our small kids were almost asleep on the lounge sofa. the staff were very polite, still allowed us to check in even if our cards didn’t work, advised us to contact the bank and come back with payment next morning. It all worked in the end, very grateful for their kind and professional attitude
