I forgot breakfast was included so it was a nice surprise. I was told this part of Chicago was on the rougher side, but it did not feel like that at all. It was close to the airport which is why we booked it.

I stay there once a year, as I live overseas and visit my family is nearby. Each time I stay, I am impressed by the kind and accommodating staff. Whether it’s breakfast or a drink at the bar in the evening, they are fantastic. Shahene, Ryan and the female evening bartender whose name slips my memory always have a smile and kind words. Also, the young and welcoming reception staff are always there for any needs and smiles. Well done!

Room was very clean and we loved the view of the Navy Pier. Sunrise was gorgeous, and the blackout curtains let us decide when to see it! Staff and texting service were very helpful!

Amazing hotel, in my opinion superior other hotels in this area of Chicago which I happen to have stayed in over the last 10+ years. Spacious, modern, well equipped, bright rooms, very friendly staff, especially Mr Pablo, director of rooms, very customer focused, has made our stay extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend and plan to return.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The kids got little teddies upon arrival. They helped us with directions around the city and the rooms were extremely spacious. We will definitely be back!
