The staff was great. Everyone was friendly & very helpful. The hotel and room was very clean. The common area gets busy during the evening hours which was great. My son was selling chocolates for school and was able to sell the entire box. Everyone was very friendly and although it was busy it was never too loud. The Jaggers next door was a plus when we arrived late in the evening, hungry. The location is great in general. The shopping plaza across the street was convenient. I had to run into Target for a few things and it being a 2 min drive, literally, was perfect. The noon checkout was also nice to have since most places have an 11am checkout.

Everything was clean and tidy. I love the old fashioned taste of luxury and the atmosphere there. The staff are very friendly. I appreciate Alberto, the valet who went over and beyond taking care of my luggage and car. Also Jamal, the waiter in the dining room.
