We felt very welcome and cared for. I wished we'd planned to stay longer. I was thrilled with the loan of a coat for the Milford Sound trip, which made the difference. The proximity to restaurants and shops was great. The restaurant recommendation was perfect. I loved the town and the hotel.

The view is excellent, and the balcony is nice though windy and chilly in winter but at least we took nice pictures from the balcony. The wifi is good and the heater worked well. The location is good, nice to walk along the lake and not far from the central city.

The room was very comfortable. We were 2 couples and the room gave as enough privacy, like a small apartment. I would reccomend it and would stay there again for sure
