The property was impeccable…tastefully and extremely painstakingly restored by Mr Ong. My congratulations to him !!…Service was very efficient and staff was extremely courteous. We had the pleasure of staying at another of Mr Ong’s marvellous properties in 2011 - The Galle Fort Hotel in Sri Lanka. From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. Penang is the ultimate winner as The Millen just askd to be re-visted. We'll certainly try. Congratulations to all involved. Thank you.
