So friendly staff with my little child, so grateful to them. Shampoo bar at the onsen was a nice surprise!

Winter closure of the open-air baths "Shirakaba-no-yu" (Late December - 28 February) Due to the accumulation of snow, the open-air bath will be closed during the winter.

Great location, 5 mins by foot to the ski lift, great sauna, staff removed snow from my car, good breakfast, clean and quiet room, great view of the forest

Very close to Yamagata station and excellent value for money. In the reception room floor there was a variety of shampoos and shower gels to borrow and other toiletries such as toothbrushes to take. We enjoyed the Japanese style breakfast and the massage chairs were a pleasant surprise.

Only a 6-minute walk from JR Yamagata Train Station, Yamagata Kokusai Hotel offers accommodations with free wired internet access and a flat-screen TV.
