We stayed as a family. Although the place itself is from the 6th century, the interior is very new, clean and tastefully furnished. Inside there are small and large trinkets, toys and many handmade details. Although it was in the middle of nature, there were no insects inside. There were insect repellent products similar to mothballs placed in beautifully embroidered handmade cloths that were hard to notice. The breakfast was prepared in very nice containers. Andrea is a very gentlemanly and friendly person. I can say that he is one of the best, if not the best, hotel manager I have ever encountered. The view from the terrace looks great, be sure to take a look. In summary, I and my family left very happy.

Our check-in staff is so nice and helpful! Thank you Xhesjana - Jessy and everyone for wonderful hospitality! We had a nice stay here. Room were fine, super handy for Berina express. Big bathroom and lots of space with balcony. Breakfast were good with fresh made egg and also lovely staffs at breakfast.

We liked this place very much. The reception was warm and personal, the rooms are very tastefully decorated, and the food was also very good. The view towards the waterfall is exceptional. But more than anything else, it's the host family and their co-workers who make this Albergo so wonderful. Everybody was kind and smiling, attentive and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone else.

This place was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, and genuinely cared for our experience. The restaurant served really good quality food, and the free breakfast in the morning was well beyond our expectations. The building facilities inside and out were well maintained and clean.

We stayed for two nights in an attic room. The room, including the bathroom, had everything that we needed and was exceptionally clean. The service of all staff was excellent but Cristina, in particular, went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to ensure that our stay was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble!
