Maria and her husband were absolutely great and even baked a cake for our daughter with milk and egg allergies, plus had gluten free options for breakfast. We received advice for travelling in the area. Very tentative hosts, all facilities for your own cooking were there and a great swimming pool. My daughter adores their lovely dog! Large apartment with shower and bath!

The place is absolutely amazing. Located in the tiny village in the less touristic part of Tuscany, the 11th century fortress offers a truly unique experience. The staff is lovely and the owners are super passionate about what they're doing. I would recommend joining some of the attractions organised by the hotel - we joined for a cellar tour with wine & cheese tasting and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. We had a room with a city view and it was truly unmatched - I would absolutely recommend getting a room with a view as it was one of the biggest highlights of the stay. The room itself was nice, albeit a bit small but this is to be expected considering how old (authentic!) the place is. Breakfast was nice and relatively varied for the Italian standards. To sum up, if you're looking for a romantic getaway or a calm weekend by yourself, please do yourself a favour and book this hotel! You won't regret it!

we stayed here for the first time to experience the thermal springs of Saturnia. Everything was amazing! Very friendly staff! We arrived in the morning before afternoon and got a room half an hour later, before check-in which is at 15:00! A magnificent room overlooking the garden, with a separate dressing room and a large bathroom. The main pool is spacious with hot thermal clear water and is very pleasant. There are cascades and a Jacuzzi with thermal water. The cafe and restaurant overlooks the pool. The coffee and cantucci are amazing:) We had dinner at the taverna on site and it exceeded all our expectations. The menu offers more Tuscan meat dishes, there is one hot dish of cod, but the chef prepared a magnificent grilled seabass for us the next day since we don’t eat meat. Bravissimo!

This farmhouse is in Catabbio's hills, a 10-minute drive from the Saturnia Thermal Baths. It offers free Wi-Fi and parking, an outdoor pool and panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside.

It's a bit far from main roads but we wanted so! Amazing place with amazing views and 1km from Michelin restaurant in a small village. Great breakfast. We enjoyed every minute and wish to return one day. It's calm place in a picturesque countryside. Best for some rest! Also, a swimming pool is a big bonus when it's plus 30!

Clean, lovely, cozy (small but enough), comfy bed, great location, excellent breakfast and cappuccino (or whatever else you wanted to drink). The hostess didn't speak much English but still was very helpful and kind. I mean we're in their country, I need to know their language -and I loved practicing my limited Italian! The WhatsApp info on how to find the place, how to check in (after hours) was super clear and helpful. Also, the unofficial welcoming committee, aka the kitty that apparently has no name but has the heart of the hostess was prompt and lovely but not clingy! Haha

Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, this beautiful 16th century stone farmhouse is a 10-minute drive from the spas of Saturnia.

We had the best breakfasts we've ever experienced in Italy, with impressive selection of cold cuts, meats, cheeses, as well as pastries and sweet breakfast options. Fantastic service that made us feel at home. The property is beautifully situated, just a 8 min. drive from the hot springs. Arriving late in the evening, we instantly knew we had made a great choice. Staying in room number 3 we enjoyed excellent conditions and plenty of space. The property offers ample relaxation areas, parking, and walking trails along the vineyards. Bathrobes and towels are available for a small fee. Our room and bathroom were modern and comfortable, with a mattress that left me feeling fully rested. Even the most demanding guests will love this place. The photos don't do it justice – it was a delightful surprise. Highly recommended!
