This is a really special & cosy place to stay, with super friendly owners making you feel at home :-) The rooms are nicely equipped with a "creative touch" (like everywhere in the house and garden) and everything is absolutely clean. The delicious breakfast was served in the garden and there could not be a better start into a new (vacation)day. We also liked the locoation of the B&B as there are only few minutes to the sea (with very good restaurants) and to the beginning of the Sentiero Rilke.

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect for viewing the town. Breakfast was great. I appreciate the big effort even though I was the only guest for breakfast. The room was very comfortable, and it was very good to have a lift for when my knees weren't so happy. Quiet location. And thanks for the ride in the rain

Really pity that I can give them only 10. Amazing place with outstanding hosts. Eleonora and Alessandro everything that you feel like home. Room is really cozy and clean. Also they advised me perfect place to eat pizza in Palmanova.
