The hotel is brand new and very modern with attention details. At breakfast my girlfriend took her oat milk because she expected that only regular milk will be available based on experience in other hotels in Italy, but it was not needed. all sort of healthy food options were available exceeding expectations.

Great hotel to stay for a night near trieste airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast.

Frederica and Giorgio were excellent hosts - there to greet us, help, offer a snack/coffee or give ideas on where to go. They happily made reservations for dinner and engaged in wonderful conversations. Owners take great care of their guests and serve brilliant breakfasts (mostly Italian-sweet style but with some great additions like homemade frittata and amazing bread). It's located in a small village in very quiet neighbourhood, everything needed is close (restaurants, shops etc) but requires having car or bicycle.
