What a beautiful property! We only stayed a night but wish we could have stayed a few more. Very comfortable room, beautiful views and the grounds are magically serene. Looks as if there are lots of lovely walks & activities to do. Staff were lovely and very accomodating when we arrived late in the evening and breakfast was delicious! Would love to return here with a little more time.

The location of this hotel is superb with a fantastic view of the montefranco valley. Our rooms were fantastic and super comfortable. Breakfast was nice. It boosted a large swimming pool with open views. Definitely recommend.

This is our favorite place when staying in Umbria and we have been staying there several times now. We had all different kinds of rooms and everyone was beautifully furnished and spacious. All rooms are quiet, as the Marmotta is situated in the middle of green fields but not more than 15min drive from Spoleto center. The breakfast and restaurant area is very nice and the selection good including the meal options at lunch/dinner. The honesty bar is a good and fair choice for having drinks in the evening. The pool area and garden are the highlights of this place. Very well maintained, always clean and enough space. We will always keep coming back to this beautiful place!

Completely renovated in 2011, Hotel Charleston is set in a 17th-century building in Spoleto’s historical centre, next to the Modern and Contemporary Arts Museum.
