Very clean, staff is friendly and always ready to help. I had a broken leg and they help carry my luggage to the room, helped to order taxi, very nice and pleasent. The patio is fantastic, very private and with amazing view. Breakfast was good, bread was delicious.

The Hotel is located on the top of the hill facing the lake 3 km from town centre.

Very centrally located in Bellagio. Staff were helpful communicating with us prior to our arrival in our mini van. Breakfast was good. The highlight was the balcony and view from our room.

We had a fantastic stay! We travelled with a baby and hotel provided us with a room on the ground floor which was very convenient, and the entrance was just from the town square overlooking the lake, wow! 😍 The room itself was charming, a part of ancient building. The best was very comfy! The bathroom had a bit of mold but it didn’t affect our impressions. The staff if very friendly, both in the reception and the restaurant. You should try their pinza with burrata!
