Everything is excellent, food taste is good, reception staff, service personnel are good and has room facilities, mountain views are good, property & rooms are well maintained, stay also has a properly defined package trips to ply around ooty for very nominal rates.

The location of the hotel is a just perfect . Being in the main city but away from the hustle and bustle . The property is beautiful. The staff were courteous and very helpful ( though they were definitely understaffed for the Diwali long weekend crowd) . Breakfast was sumptuous and had ample options.
