The location, the facilities are incredible and staff impeccable. Thank you to all of them. 100% will stay here again. The property is beautiful, the deep tissue massage was one of the best massages I’ve had, the breakfast was great, and the service was wonderful. The pool is really well designed and was nice to relax in each day. I stayed here for 5 nights and could not be happier. The hotel is centrally located and has very good WiFi.

I let a pity I stayed only for 1 night, but absolutely loved my stay. Cosy and quiet place excellent staff and services, they left no stones unturned to make me feel welcomed. There were 2 Putu n both were the kindest persons I met. Even the rest of male staff were equally loving n kind. The location is perfect 😍!

    The would location was the best part of our stay, a nice walk into Ubud town along the ridge walk. Our room was also lovely and a really nice view! However, was condensation on the windows all day so ruined the view if we were sitting inside. Had a lovely welcome with a free bottle of wine for our honeymoon celebrations. Staff were nice. Breakfast included was great and lots of options

    Amazing environment, luxury amongst the trees and river. Enjoyed relaxing by both the pools and our time in the spa. The staff were so lovely and helpful with everything we requested, my partner was injured during the trip and they helped us with some first aid and followed up asking us how he was the next morning. Room service, restaurant and bar services were fast. There's a minimart across the road for anything else you may need on your trip Again can't stress how beautiful the place is, wish we didn't have to leave.

    We stayed here for a few nights of our honeymoon and the staff were lovely - our room was decorated and staff had left a delicious cake and a lovely note. The setting of the hotel is beautiful, with two gorgeous pools. The larger one is very big and the surrounding trees make it a lovely place to relax in. Drinks from the bar were also great. Room size is good and the bed is big and comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful - Dewi & Puspita especially were very good.
