Excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and speak good English. Free parking. Good location with lake view and walking distance to the city center. Very convenient for a few days stay or just passing through (easy to get in and out of the city). The hotel provided a great breakfast.

A pearl in the middle of the woods. One of the staff speaks Hungarian, another staff speaks good German and English. Martha, the owner, speaks perfect English. Whatever the language, all were truly very helpful. The restaurant of this hotel is really a must. Martha and her team have with this hotel literally a diamond in their hands. If you like (or need) silence and nature, friendlyness, quality and value for money, then this is the place to be. The rooms are wru clean, spacious, same as the the restaurant. Breakfast really good. With all honesty, 10 points, five stars.

    Nice, friendly, lovely and very helpfull female receptionist on the day of arrival, but in general the staff was nice. Private parking place in the parking garage of the Hotel with my name on it made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was good. Location is superb in the heart of the old city centre.

    It’s a nice hotel, room was big and we loved the 2 pools after a long driving day. The stuff was very nice and the terrace was beautiful and relaxing.

    The room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. Everyone at the reception was extremely helpful and spoke English well (not a given in most places). We also made use of the wellness area with the indoor pool and the jacuzzi which were a great plus of the hotel. The breakfast had a lot of options and was really good as well, as was the inhouse restaurant we also tried. Finally, easy parking on the premises was offered.
