All was very satisfactory. Good value for money and well located for the main attractions. Had a nice stay. Saunas, steam bath and relaxation area was great. Dinner and breakfast was perfect. Awesome hospitality team, very kind and all speak english. Hotel offers discount for the entrance tickets to the Heviz thermal lake.

This was a return trip for us and Lotus Hotel never disappoints. Service was excellent, facilities amazing, with super clean pools, saubas and rooms, great food, and altogether, a very relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful town of Heviz is only 2 km away so we took early morning walks to the town and had out first coffee there. As a bonus, there is a litttle show every night at the hotel and some of the performers are fantastic. All in all, a memorable holiday! We shall return!

A wonderful building run by a wonderful, welcoming lady. She didn't speak much english but we managed to communicate just fine with the help of google translate. We only stayed one night but this place made us wish we had stayed longer. It was beautifully clean, looked nice and had everything we needed. Our train got cancelled so we ended up arriving late around 9pm. We let the host know and she replied immediately that she will wait around for us until our arrival at no extra cost. We are truly grateful for her kindness. She also said we could keep our bags there after check out if we needed but we ended up leaving Heviz in the morning. Great price and location. About 10 mins walk to hot spring lake Heviz. We didn't hear noise from anyone else staying, it's a very peaceful place to be. With great countryside views from the window. I will be recommending this place to anyone visiting Heviz!

Very good location near by the thermal lake, spacious room, clean and quite with a balcony. The beds were very good. The breakfast buffet had various selections. We stayed only one night and have not tried the spa. We enjoyed our stay.

Great food and drink selection, amazing spa facility and pools. Loved the interactive board game table, really great addition to the hotel, would love to see more of them added as they were quite busy.

The room was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. There is live music in the evening. A great pool to swim, and the choice of saunas, too. All the staff can speak at least two foreign languages. A special delight is the fish spa! We also liked the location od the hotel and very tasty food. All in all, an excellent hotel

Everything was great. Location near the lake, quiet, very tasty breakfast and dinner, friendly staff, large room with balcony, comfortable bed, very relaxing pool with thermal water. Great value for money. Recommended for people who like peace and relaxation. I will be back for sure.
