We stayed in Stellaki house apartment without sea view. Very big, 2 cave like rooms (not much natural light), but it had rooftop terrace. Unique experience for sure. Nicely decorated with beautiful rugs. Excellent breakfast. You have to walk to another building, but it is not a problem.

The setting is stunning, blending history, nature, and comfort in a way that’s truly unique. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay, whether relaxing on the grounds or exploring the nearby area. The dining experience was also a highlight. Both restaurants were well priced and offered outstanding food — fresh produce grown on the farm, and beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a hotel where everything feels this thoughtfully curated. We’ll absolutely be returning and wholeheartedly recommend Kinsterna to anyone looking for a memorable, heartfelt escape.

The owners and staff were amazing to deal with and so kind and attentive to ensuring we had the best time at their hotel. We absolutely did and were sad to leave after our 3 night stay! You really can’t beat this location if you are visiting Monemvasia with kids, the hotel is located facing a church and large square where kids can play freely within view from the family room’s balcony. It’s nestled in a quiet corner of the town but still very close to the main square with all the shops and restaurants. The apartment is great, has two spacious bedroom with en suite bathrooms, a living space overlooking the water (which I personally enjoyed with a cup of coffee each morning from the balcony!) The evenings in the patio were great for relaxing with a nice local wine, looking at beautiful towering peak and the old stone walls light up at night. The guesthouse itself is extremely unique and filled with history!

The apartment is spacious, and balcony too, with see view and amazing sunrise. Breakfast is homemade and delicious. The owner family is very kind. They prepared breakfast box for us when we asked for earlier breakfast in order to arrive to Elafonisos ferry early in the morning. Ambelakia beach is accessible on foot, after 10-minut walk and magical Monemvasia is 10-minut drive away.

We loved our stay at Annema Hotel. It has a beautifully relaxed atmosphere in the grounds, the option of swimming in the pool or the sea and a wonderful view over Monemvasia rock which is especially beautiful in the evening. Breakfast was generous. Would come back in a heartbeat
