Good hotel with tasty and varied breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, I was sleeping good, didn’t hear any noise. The location is also good, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was so nice and helpful about anything we need. Location was really good close to the center. The building had a very sweet architecture. Rooms are clean and warm. There were dove shampoo and shower gel in the shower, pretty nice also they put toothbrush and toothpaste, most hotels have poor quality products but these were good small details. Breakfast was amazingggg!!! It was like Turkish breakfast and a lady cooked us some bakery like börek and they all were so delicious. While we were waiting for our bus time, they let us leave our luggage in the lobby and said that we could wait inside as it was cold. In general i love the place If i go to tblisi again i would definitely stay there. I don't even mention that the price is very cheap for this services. Specially for that breakfast. Thanks a lot!!!

A lovely little apartment in my favourite part of town. Teo and her family are very kind, taking care of my laundry and cleaning the place while I was out. I highly recommend this apartment!

We had a wonderful stay experience. We enjoyed hospitality like family guests. Ms. Khatuna is an extremely humble and kind lady. She personally takes care of everything. Breakfast was also great everyday.

Amazing hotel in the center of Tbilisi ( old town). Staff are friendly and helpful. We were upgraded for free and there was a guitarists symposium at hotel when we arrived, that was spectacular to watch and we were also given some food for free. Breakfast is really good and fresh. I’d highly recommend this place and I’d be back to this hotel.

Thank you to the hosts! We stayed for 5 days and were very pleased and impressed with the service, as well as the warm attitude and positive spirit of the owners. We highly recommend this hotel , it is located right in the center, and from our room we had a view of the outskirts of Tbilisi as well as a nearby small mountain. We are very satisfied; the room was beautiful, and I truly recommend staying here.

It was a comfortable stay, quite location and a very tasty breakfast. Wifi was good for work. They have a small garden and I found a small cute kitten there. It was so nice to sit in a chair, enjoying the pleasant warm weather with the sun and a sleeping cat on my feet :)
