Great value for money, and the location was best. Our room was very big with two balconies. The scenery from the balconey was fantastic. The hotel provided a baby cot free of charge. Two chairs were there those were able to convert to beds. Morning breakfast has many varities. There is an open terrace in the restaurant to have coffee while enjoying the view.

This hotel and personal exceeded all my expectations. I never in my life I have been in such a cozy an amazing hotel in my life. The location, the fireplace, the cozy rooms with mountain views that literally made you feel you are in a movie. You literally have a LIFT just for you in the hotel to access to the main slopes I don’t know how someone can say this hotel has not good location while is the best in New Gudauri because you have a lift 10metres from you to access to the ski slopes. All the best restaurants are 5 min walking from the hotel and even the restaurant in the hotel with the fireplace is literally breathtaking. The rooms are so modern, cozy and comfy. You feel literally in a dream. I am a very well travelled person, I was in France and Switzerland skiing and never I have been in a hotel like Alpina. Nina the Head of Reception will help you literally with everything and will make your stay exceptional. I only have nice words for her who make magical our stay and helped me to make my husband birthday unforgettable. She is the sweetest and kindness person I met in the whole trip. Her professionalism is outstanding and beyond the words. I wish I could stay more days but definitely I will back to this hotel forever. I highly recommend this hotel because is very difficult to find a better place to stay in New Gudauri.

The hotel was clean.. Got a complimentary upgrade.. Amazing views.. Polite staff.. Only flipside is location.. If u have your own car then it's better otherwise you end up paying 40 gel to reach the cable car station..

Excellent guesthouse and very well located in Stepantsminda. It is only 1 minute walk from the mini bus drop off point, with excellent views of the church and Mt Kazbegi from the balcony. The room was clean and it was obvious that Hatuna (the host) takes great care of her guesthouse. Should we return to Kazbegi I’ll definitely want to stay again in the same guesthouse. On a side note, Not even 100m from the guesthouse is a Turkish shawarma take away shop which I highly recommend. My wife and I ate there everyday :)
