10/10 for the railway inn . Everything was perfect for me . Excellent value , friendly staff , comfy bed and clean room/bathroom . I came down from Huddersfield for the last game of the season , so the location between the local station (never heard any train noise from the room) and the town centre was perfect . The complimentary cereals etc were quite adequate , but I opted for a cooked breakfast downstairs in the pub , which was spot on . I'll definitely stop there again for the football , but I fear it could be a few years off 😁

Beautiful and very relaxing hotel. The staff (receptionist) were very helpful and friendly. Assim/Bleona at the restaurant made the stay even better. The breakfast and the food in general was delicious. The leisure facillities were perfect. Generally all was good. We enjoyed the 3 nights.

We got an update to the most beautiful room which we loved! The Pier Hotel offers the opportunity for an early breakfast. We could have this very nice breakfast and catch the ferry afterwards.

Lovely large room with everything we needed in it. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Ate in the restaurant for 2 nights and the food was really nice. All the staff were so friendly.

Around 4 miles from Sudbury, Rectory Manor offers provides elegant rooms with beautiful garden views. With a swimming pool and tennis court, it also offers free parking and Wi-Fi.

If you want to spend some time in a luxurious English country house, this is the place. It is approached from a long gravel drive, and then the magnificent house itself becomes visible. Our accommodation (in the Stables) was spacious, comfortable and clean, while the breakfast (extra) was very good.
