We were met with a very friendly and helpful reception. We enjoyed both the evening meal and the breakfast that were served in front of an open log fire. The room was spacious and comfortable with a pleasant view. Parking is in the large driveway in front of the chateau and the wifi works well. A charming location. We will return.

I mostly liked the amazing kindness of the host! They even brought us milk and tea upon arrival since shoes were closed because of a public holiday! The apartment was so clean and everything was found!

Clean and very nearby to the sanctuary. Ambience was excellent. Great staffs to assist us in all aspects of concern. The hotel is perfect for visiting Lourdes and its main tourist destinations. It's only a short walk from the train station and bus stop. The lady in charge of the front desk from January 2 and 3 was very helpful with our check in procedure and booking.
