The staff was very friendly (especially the lady at the check-in). We had a beautiful spacious room with a balcony that provided panoramic views of the lake. The first minibar is included, which is very nice. The bathroom was fantastic as well, very large with a beautiful sink, and a huge plus was the amazing view of the lake from the bathtub. The hotel was very clean, and the pool was also great (an added bonus: they provided swim towels in the room, very convenient). There was nothing to complain about the breakfast; you could enjoy it while overlooking the lake, and there was plenty of variety in terms of food. We had also requested a baby crib, and they had prepared it for us along with baby products. A little lower than the hotel, you can take the bus to Überlingen. There's a good connection with two buses per hour.

The staff were very helpful, the hotels location and facilities were superb. We thought the hotel in the setting of Überlingen ensured we had a magical time.

The Bürgerbräu is located away from the hustle and bustle, yet right in the middle of it all. Everything is within walking distance in 5-10 minutes and therefore a good starting point for excursions.
