Pension Kramer is definitely a hidden gem! The bed and breakfast is completely renovated and beautiful. The beds are so comfortable and the breakfast was great. Everything was fresh and there was lots of variety. Parking was easy (right in front of the gueshouse). Our hostess spoke excellent English and was very nice and helpful in answering questions.

We stayed there for a weak in the off season and had a wonderful time. I honestly do not know what could be improved. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, the location is really nice and the SPA area great, I could imagine though that the latter could get a bit crowded, if the hotel is really fully booked.

Overall everything was excellent. One of the main points I wanted to mention is the excellent staff (Ostina Makaskey) she took care of us upon arrival and was super nice with dealing with my kids. She was amazingly kind and accommodating. We were very happy with her hospitality. She was helpful and kind in all means.

Room was spacious. View from terrace of the lake was superb! Restaurant meals were tasty and affordable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal with the Schluch See village nearby as well as many other scenic villages of the Hoch Schwartzwald. The nearby RotHaus Brewery was fascinating!

Silvia was super friendly. We arrived at the hotel with just 10 minutes to spare and she was ready to have the kitchen staff prepare a meal for us had we requested so. The rooms were well situated and we very comfortable. The area is absolutely beautiful. I hope to stay there again to do more hiking.

    The location, building, and staff were amazing. The hotel is a traditional Black Forrest house but the installations are relatively modern and, more importantly, very clean! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is served as a buffet and it has choices for everyone: homemade bread, homemade jams, muesli, juices, etc. The sauna area was also very nice: modern installations with a relaxing outside area with view to the surrounding fields.
