Great location, but in particular the extra help provided by Torsten when we thought we had left our passports at a previous accomodation. He immediately called and waited around for a return call. Fortunately we located them down the side of the seat in our car. Very helpful and considerate staff fir a non-German speaking couple from NZ

The hotel is very well located, just need to (literally) cross the street in order to reach the city's old centre. A 5-minute ride to most of the city's attractions, castles, cable car, lakes, etc. Great staff, always helpful.

Lovely hotel in a wonderful position. Very comfortable room with a lovely view. Breakfast was excellent as was the hotel restaurant where we ate both the nights that we stayed. Lovely staff too. one of our favourite hotels on our road trip in Germany.
