My trip to Punta Arenas was short but lovely. The location is excellent if you're arriving via bus (like a 2 min walk!) and there is a grocery store across the street. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and eager to give advice on what to visit in the city.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful when trying to book excursions. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection however the coffee machines were not working on both mornings but instant coffee was available. The hotel was well situated to explore the area.

A pleasant surprise to find we were staying in one of the nicest mansions in the town. Everything was very lovely from the staff to the room and breakfast. Would recommend it.

Very nice hotel. Room was good, clean and spacious. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Central location just up the road from town square and short walks to local sights. Easy for taxis and tour pick ups to find. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.
