The venue was fantastic. Our room was spacious, comfortable and absolutely relaxing. The bathroom was amazing. Breakfast was also excellent. Offered many options. Getting to the pools was super easy and we had unlimited daily pass so we would go twice a day. The pool area was also amazing. There were so many options and so many things to do. Able to cover all tastes and needs. Also, had dinner in the hotel all night and the restaurant was also excellent. We loved the place and we would also love return soon.

Such a beautiful house, very historical and still owned by the family that is in the pictures on the walls. Very kind people. And the restaurant is great!!!!

I went to the bar upon arrival and was greeted by a very friendly bartender who immediately engaged in nice conversation before checking me in. It was a very welcoming and comfortable place. Spacious apartment. Would visit again.

This is a perfect hotel for hassle free skiing- especially with children, a few steps from the gondala made the mornings a breeze. Food was great, wood fired pizzas were a hit with the kids in the evening, but it gets busy so even if your staying reserve a table! The buffet breakfast was great. All the staff we super helpful and friendly. whilst we were there we were able to watch the torchlight decent straight in-front of the hotel which was great fun.

A luxury hotel near the ski area. Hotel has a skiroom where individual spaces assigned to keep your ski equipment. Spa and restaurants. . Fire place is a nice touch. Ski rentals and ski lifts are so so close!

Loooved the calm atmosphere here and the interior designs and scent throughout. Everyone was kind at the hotel and we loved our stay here. I loved that there was a big pillow menu of many options too.

The hotel was very charming, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the reception. The dinner was fantastic. One of the best I've had in my trip through Switzerland.
