The room was very nice and we had a great time at the casino. I was really interested in a relaxing bath, which is why I upgraded my room. It was definitely longer than a standard size and fit my beautifully curvy figure. I wasn't expecting a seperate living room, bedroom and oversized bathroom. Quiet and comfortable.

The staff and service at the carriage house is exceptional. Check in is always easy and super friendly. The staff make sure to make you feel like you are a VIP and accommodate your needs without hesitation. The food and the restaurant is excellent and the property is always well kept and inviting. Love the carriage house would recommend to anyone.

The hotel is in excellent location, all the major tourist attractions are nearby and if you want to do some daytrips to Banff and Lake Louise, the bus stops in downtown are close enough. There's a restaurant called Native Tongues Taqueria right downstairs of the hotel - some of the best food we've ever eaten. It was really convenient after walking 24km all around downtown and being exhausted after the day. The hotel staff was amazing throughout our whole stay, the room was very clean when we arrived and the bed was also very comfortable. Could't have asked for a better view out of the window, as we saw Calgary tower and its beautiful lightshow in the evenings. The ac was working well and the room was nice and chilled. You could choose your own temperature from the thermostat. Hotel breakfast was good. Coffee (and tea) was available throughout the whole day which, for a big coffee drinker, was an added bonus. At no additional cost. From YYC Calgary international airport the taxi trip to this location took no more than 30 minutes and cost around 50 CAD.
